Who's really paying for your meetings?New

On every distributed team, someone is always waking up too early — or staying up too late — so the meeting works for everyone else. This calculator puts a number on it, city by city, and helps you share the load more fairly.

How the score is calculated

For each meeting slot, every city's local time is computed and classified: office hours (9am–6pm, 100%), early or late (7–9am or 6–9pm, 50%), or outside hours (0%). The fairness score is the average across every slot you've added.
